By signing up for our $99/month Website Hosting & Support plan or our $149/month CRM plan, you agree to the following terms:
1. What’s Included
$99/month Website Hosting & Support plan
Your monthly fee covers:
- Secure website hosting on fast Australian servers
- Ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
- Monthly WordPress/plugin updates
- Daily backups and uptime monitoring
- Business-hour support for website changes
- Performance monitoring and caching for speed
$149/month CRM plan
Your monthly fee covers:
- Access to a CRM platform powered by GoHighLevel
- Tools for managing contacts, forms, calendars, email, and automations
- Initial configuration and ongoing support
- Basic updates and troubleshooting
- Business-hour support for platform issues
- Includes one user by default. Additional users can be added upon request at no extra cost (within fair use limits)
2. Free Website Offer
As part of your plan, we’ll build you a custom website at no additional upfront cost. This includes:
- A professionally designed site tailored to your business
- Up to 10 pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact)
- Mobile-friendly, SEO-ready layout
- Basic copywriting based on your business info
- One round of revisions before go-live
The website is 100% yours — there are no ownership restrictions or licensing limitations.
3. What’s Not Included
Neither plan includes:
- Major redesigns or advanced functionality
- Marketing services like SEO, Ads, or content writing
- API integrations beyond standard tools
- Advanced automation or CRM consulting (available at additional cost)
4. Payment Terms
- All fees are charged automatically via Stripe.
- Payment is billed monthly in advance.
- You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
- All fees are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation
- We’ll continue hosting your website and/or providing platform access until the end of your billing cycle.
- After cancellation:
- Website backups are available upon request.
- Platform access will be disabled.
- Data export from the platform can be provided with reasonable notice before cancellation.
6. Fair Use
- We aim to be generous with support, but if requests significantly exceed normal use, we may recommend a higher engagement plan or charge hourly for additional time.
- Abuse of the platform (e.g., spamming, violating 3rd-party terms) may result in suspension.
7. Liability
- While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or be held liable for outages, third-party issues (e.g., plugin or CRM platform bugs), or data loss.
- You are responsible for the content and legal compliance of your own website and communications.
8. Updates to Terms
- These terms may be updated occasionally.
- If major changes are made, we’ll notify you via email at least 14 days in advance.
9. Platform Use & Compliance
For clients on the CRM plan:
- The platform is powered by licensed third-party software, and by using it, you agree to comply with its acceptable use and anti-spam policies.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform (including contact lists, email/SMS campaigns, and automations) complies with all relevant laws, including privacy, data protection, and marketing regulations.
- Abuse of the system (e.g. mass spamming, use of scraped contact lists, or illegal activities) may result in immediate suspension without refund.
- We reserve the right to revoke access if your usage violates the provider’s terms or places our account at risk.
